The Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University is a comprehensive tertiary Grade-A hospital integrating medical care, teaching, and research. As a designated network hospital of the International Emergency Rescue Center (SOS), it undertakes medical healthcare for foreign guests and emergency rescue tasks for overseas personnel. Founded in 1952 as Kunming Workers' Hospital, it has developed over 70 years with a spirit of rigor and innovation, recognized as a leading medical institution in urology and hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery in Yunnan Province.
