About the Hospital
Heihe First People's Hospital, founded in 1945 and located south of the intersection of Airport Road and Longyuan Road, Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, is the city's oldest tertiary Grade-A general hospital, officially attaining Grade-III Class-A status in June 2024. Upholding the spirit of "Benevolence and Healing," the hospital is recognized as a vital base for cross-border medical services on the China-Russia border. With 350 professional medical staff, a complete system of departments including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics, and 34 hemodialysis machines, Cardiology was designated as a National Standardized Coronary Heart Disease Center in July 2023, and General Surgery has successfully performed laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for Russian patients. Outpatient and inpatient areas feature comprehensive Chinese-Russian bilingual signage, a dedicated VIP clinic for foreign patients, Russian interpreters providing one-stop services, and specially constructed international diagnosis and physical examination areas, making it the core force for cross-border medical services in Heihe. Leveraging the Heihe Municipal Northern Medicine Research and Development Center, the hospital holds unique geographic advantages in Sino-Russian traditional medicine research, and has received honors including National Standardized Coronary Heart Disease Center designation.
