Yunyang County People's Hospital

Yunyang County People's Hospital, founded in 1940, is a Grade 3A comprehensive hospital integrating medical care, emergency services, teaching, research, rehabilitation, prevention, and healthcare. The hospital covers nearly 200 acres with a building area of nearly 200,000 square meters, 1,035 beds, and 1,687 staff members including 146 senior specialists. It features 12 municipal clinical key specialties and 4 municipal characteristic specialties, and has established a National Stroke Center, National Atrial Fibrillation Center, and five regional medical centers including Chest Pain Center and Trauma Center. As Yunyang Branch of Chongqing University Affiliated Cancer Hospital, it has been honored as "National March 8th Red Banner Unit", one of the first "Beautiful Hospitals" in Chongqing, and "Chongqing Advanced Collective in Fighting COVID-19", ranking first among hospitals in northeastern Chongqing in national public hospital performance assessments for consecutive years.
