Tianjin Perron Hospital

Tianjin Perron Hospital is China's first wholly foreign-owned tertiary general hospital, invested approximately 1 billion RMB by Singapore's Perennial Holdings and officially opened on February 26, 2025, included in the medical insurance designated institution in April of the same year. Located at No. 2 Fengya Road, Zhangjiawo Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin, adjacent to Tianjin South Railway Station, the hospital has 500 beds and a construction area of approximately 50,000 square meters, serving as the core institution of the Perennial Medical Cluster. As the holder of China's first wholly foreign-owned tertiary hospital practice license approved after the pilot opening of foreign investment in healthcare, the hospital follows international standards to create a garden-style medical space, featuring the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Oncology Center, and departments including internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, urology, dermatology, ENT, nephrology, gynecology, traditional Chinese medicine, dentistry, and emergency. The Cardiovascular and Thoracic Disease Center is led by Academician Wan Feng, a foreign academician of the French National Academy of Surgery, achieving international forefront levels in off-pump coronary artery bypass, minimally invasive small incision bypass, and artificial heart assist device implantation. The International Department focuses on customized medical services such as health management and chronic disease management, targeting 60% overseas patients and connecting with domestic and foreign commercial insurance direct billing, forming a medical cluster with a planned total of 1,300 beds together with Tianjin Perron Rehabilitation Hospital, Tianjin Yibo Perron Brain Hospital, and Tianjin Perron Nursing Home.
