West China Hospital, Sichuan University (Sichuan International Hospital) is the diagnosis and treatment center for difficult and critical diseases in western China. Founded in 1892, it is a large comprehensive tertiary Grade A hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and preventive healthcare, shouldering the national mission of healthcare services for hundreds of millions of people in western China.
