About the Hospital
Perennial International Medical & Health Hub - Chengdu is a TOD medical health complex project invested and built by Singapore's Perennial Group at Chengdu East Station in Chenghua District, Chengdu. Perennial Group is a Singapore-listed company with major shareholders including Wilmar International and Kuok Khoon Hong, focusing on Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) as its core strategy. The Chengdu East Station complex is among China's first high-speed railway TOD medical health complexes, integrating a tertiary general hospital, rehabilitation center, elderly care community, and hotel cluster. Leveraging Chengdu East Station's transportation hub advantages, it provides comprehensive medical health services for Southwest China and international patients. Perennial Group has established multiple projects in China including Tianjin Perennial Hospital (China's first foreign-owned tertiary general hospital license), Guangzhou Perennial International Hospital (opening 2026), and Chongqing Perennial Health City (completion 2028), accumulating experience in foreign-owned hospital operations. The Chengdu project will continue the Group's international management model, expected to offer multilingual services and international insurance direct billing.
