Huadong Hospital, Fudan University, established in 1951 with its predecessor Hong'en Hospital dating back to 1921, is a century-old institution affiliated with Fudan University and a tertiary A-level comprehensive hospital distinguished for its geriatric medicine. Through over six decades of clinical practice, the hospital has cultivated a cultural ethos of "Virtue, Excellence, Pragmatism, and Innovation," establishing itself as a national benchmark in geriatric medicine.
