About the Hospital
Shanghai Children's Medical Center, established in 1998 through cooperation between Shanghai Municipal Government and Project HOPE Foundation (USA), is an important component of the National Children's Medical Center (Shanghai), affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. In 2010, the hospital obtained JCI international accreditation, becoming China's first children's specialty hospital to achieve this certification, marking its medical services meeting international standards.
