About the Hospital

Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, founded in 1890, is a hospital directly under the National Health Commission and affiliated with Shandong University. As a provincial-national co-constructed National Regional Medical Center, it fulfills the important function of diagnosing and treating regional complex and critical diseases. The International Medical Department, established in November 2019, provides high-end medical services for international patients. The hospital undertakes teaching responsibilities for Cheeloo College of Medicine, Shandong University, and is one of the earliest bases for higher medical education in China, training numerous medical professionals.
