Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital is a National Regional Medical Center project jointly built by the National Cardiovascular Center, Fuwai Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and the People's Government of Henan Province, undertaking national functions of cardiovascular disease diagnosis, treatment, research, and prevention in Central China. As the Central China Branch of the National Cardiovascular Center, the hospital actively engages in international cooperation. In 2017, it signed cooperation agreements with Kameda General Hospital in Japan and Marien Hospital of Hannover Medical School in Germany, marking a new milestone in its internationalization process.
