Peking University Third Hospital

Founded in 1958 and affiliated with Peking University Health Science Center, Peking University Third Hospital is a major tertiary Grade-A comprehensive hospital integrating clinical care, education, and research. Guided by the philosophy of "People-Oriented, Patient Supreme," the hospital is uniquely distinguished in reproductive medicine — its Reproductive Medicine Center achieves IVF success rates consistently among the highest nationwide, making it the benchmark institution for assisted reproductive technology in China. Sports medicine and orthopedics also maintain nationally leading positions, with comprehensive strength ranking among the top in the Fudan Hospital Rankings. The hospital has 1,600 beds, over 40 clinical departments, and more than 4,000 employees. In 2023, the International Medical Department was officially established on the fifth floor of the Health Medicine Center, offering multilingual services in English, Japanese, and Korean with international insurance direct billing. It is equipped with independent CT, MRI, ultrasound, ECG, and laboratory facilities enabling same-day test results, along with VIP wards and MDT multidisciplinary consultation services.
