Xi'an Fengcheng Hospital is located at No. 9 Fengcheng 3rd Road, Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a Grade-A Class-2 comprehensive hospital approved by Xi'an Health Commission, featuring trauma surgery and hand-foot microsurgery, managed according to tertiary hospital standards. The hospital was founded in May 2005, passed Grade-A Class-2 hospital review in July 2010, officially became the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an International Studies University in October 2020, and became a cooperative internship hospital of Xi'an Medical University in February 2025. The hospital covers an area of 28,000 square meters with a building area of 130,000 square meters, has 900 approved beds, and employs 1,748 staff members including 602 with senior and intermediate professional titles. The hospital operates 46 clinical and medical technology departments including Emergency Department, Critical Care Medicine, Hand-Foot Microsurgery, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery. Hand-Foot Microsurgery is a Xi'an Medical Advantage Specialty, and the hospital is a China Microsurgery Clinical Base, International Baby-Friendly Hospital, and the first in Shaanxi Province to be designated as a Precision Dual Antiplatelet Application Unit for Cerebrovascular Disease. In April 2023, the hospital obtained China Chest Pain Center (Standard Version) certification. The hospital has collaborative relations with the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, serves as a teaching hospital for Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, with the motto "Patient First, Life First, Quality First." In 2018, the hospital launched Shaanxi's first "Night Hospital" to provide more convenient medical services. In December 2024, the Phase III Comprehensive Building Geriatric Hospital project topped out, further expanding the hospital's service capacity.
