Founded in 1949 alongside the founding of the People's Republic of China, the hospital is located at 33 Wenyi Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. As one of the first batch of designated hospitals for foreign patients in Shenyang, it provides green channel medical services and international insurance direct billing for international patients. The hospital's four key specialties are Cardiovascular Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, and the Digestive Endoscopy Center.
